Hi all! I’ve been quite busy over here teaching during a pandemic and carrying/birthing/keeping alive a little bundle of joy.
Henry Robert DeWitt Knapp was born August 28th. At almost 9 pounds, it’s no wonder I felt like I was going to explode.
Spending 12 weeks at home with Henry was so special and also so exhausting. I had no idea how to set a baby schedule so he was snacking and cat napping all day—meaning I didn’t get much sleep or anything done. Ah, new motherhood!
I’ve wanted to be a mom my whole life and it’s finally happening!
It hasn’t been easy going back to work after 3 months with a long-term sub…but we are surviving. Thank goodness for snow days and Spring Break!
